Notification of move that should be made to the register office and post is not automatically forwarded to the real estate management agency nor the maintenance company. It is important to make a notification of move of every person moving into the apartment also to the real estate management agency, which upholds the register of occupants and passes on the resident information to the maintenance. Based on the register of occupants, the name signs will be changed and, if necessary, door openings performed.

Braleva toimii henkilötietojen rekisterinpitäjänä tilaaja-asiakkaana (kuten taloyhtiöt) toimivien tahojen päättäjien ja yhteyshenkilöiden yhteystietojen osalta ja silloin, kun asiakassuhde syntyy Bralevan ja asukkaan välille suoraan esim. ovenavauspalveluun liittyen.
